The festivities will kick off with Happy Hour from 6.30pm and the movie commencing just after dark.
Most definitely! In fact, we encourage you to bring the kids along and enjoy a fun night with the entire family. Please check the movie rating to decide whether the movie will be appropriate for your child.
As an outdoor all weather event, we may experience some wind and rain so we recommend you come prepared by:
– Layering up or bringing a blanket if you have one.
– Insect repellent to keep those pesky mozzies and flies away.
– If you missed out on securing your bean bag with our VIP Lounge tickets, you are welcome to bring your own rugs, bean bags, lawn chairs etc. Just be aware that taller chairs will be restricted to designated areas of the venue so that everyone can see the screen.
– And last but not least, don’t forget to bring your friends and family to share in the fun.
Of course! Who wouldn’t want to share their experience of a great night out in paradise! You can share them with us on Instagram and Facebook by tagging @offshorecinema/@tokarestate and using #offshorecinema/#tokarestate so we can see your snaps and repost them.
Ticketing
You can purchase your tickets online. Simply select your session from our WHAT’S ON page. Tickets are also available at the venue unless sold out.
No, you don’t need to print your tickets. Simply use your phone to show your tickets at the gate and we can scan you in.
No worries. Sometimes our confirmation emails get lost in your junk inbox so look for an email from tickets@offshorecinema.com.au in your junk or spam folders. If you still can’t locate your ticket, you can contact us at info@offshorecinema.com.au or come and see us at the Offshore Cinema marquee beachside and we will be able to locate your tickets manually.
You are able to exchange your tickets to another session. However, refunds are not available if you are no longer able to attend or change your mind.
Entry for children under 5 is free. They do not require any type of ticket for general admission.
Our ticketing provider charges a $2.00 booking fee per transaction and only applies once per booking, not per ticket.
Weather
Offshore Cinema is a proud Aussie outdoor event and part of the experience is enjoying whatever mother nature may throw at us.
We screen in most weather conditions but may need to cancel screenings where the weather poses a danger to our patrons and staff, such as thunder storms, high winds or torrential tropical rain.
We encourage you to keep an eye on the weather forecast. If it looks like rain, wear something waterproof and if it looks a little chilly, then bring something to snuggle under.
By purchasing your ticket, you accept and acknowledge the unpredictable nature of weather and no refunds will be given if you do not find the weather satisfactory.
If we do need to cancel due to weather or any other unforeseen event, we will:
– SMS the mobile number of the person who booked the ticket.
– Email the person who booked the ticket with instructions on how to transfer your tickets.
– Post a cancellation notice on our website on that session and on our Facebook/Instragram page usually by 3pm at the latest.
Unfortunately, as an outdoor event, there may be weather related issues that may lead to a session being cancelled. If this happens, you would have received a text message and email from us, in that email there will be instructions on how to exchange your tickets. If you did not receive these instructions you can email us on info@offshorecinema.com.au.
Eat & Drink
Because we are a licensed venue, you are not able to byo alcohol. The good news is, Tokar Estate’s Cellar Door has something for everyone including delicious cocktails, wine and beer to enjoy during the movie.
Tokar Estate will be offering a range of delicious meals, snacks and candy bar treats so we ask that you refrain from bringing your own food and beverages into the venue.
There will be an array of delicious food options for alfresco dining as well as a range of candy bar items available to enjoy before or during the movie.
Venue
Cinema in the Vines is located within the grounds of Tokar Estate Winery, Maddens Lane Coldstream. Parking is also available on site.
Our venue is a smoke-free area and we do not allow smoking or vaping at Cinema in the Vines
Sadly no. As much as we love our furry friends, pets are not allowed.
Parking is available on site one of our friendly team can assist if you notify us in advance via email info@offshorecinema.com.au.
If you’re still on-site and can’t find something, report it to one of our staff and leave your details.If you have already left the cinema, send us an email at info@offshorecinema.com.au and we will have our staff look for you.
Seating
Bean bag hire is included with our VIP ticket sales. We will also have some available for hire at the venue.
